Corporation, a Bank of Montreal subsidiary created to make
equity and quasi-equity investments in Canadian small and
medium-sized businesses.
- Jeff Parr, Co-CEO and Director, Clairvest Group Inc., a
publicly traded merchant bank providing equity capital to
established businesses with the potential to produce superior
returns.
- Joel M. Rose, Q.C., a partner at Aird & Berlis
LLP, a law firm specializing in corporate, commercial,
securities and tax law.
