David Firman joins Spara Capital to Head Up Transportation
and Logistics Advisory Services
OAKVILLE, September 2009 – Spara Capital Partners Inc. is pleased to
announce that David Firman has joined the firm as Managing Director,
Transportation and Logistics. Spara's Transportation and Logistics
services will focus on providing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and
financing services to this unique and substantial industry.
Prior to joining Spara, David spent approximately 20 years in Executive
and Senior Management roles within the Transportation and Logistics
industry encompassing a variety of specializations and skill sets.
In 1990, David founded and grew a successful Transportation business,
which he then sold after 15 years of operation. David then joined
a National Transportation company where he spent a number of years
growing the company's logistics business through a combination of
organic opportunities and strategic acquisitions.
