Jack Duffy Joins Spara Capital Partners
OAKVILLE, September 1, 2006 - Spara Capital Partners Inc. a boutique investment banking
firm that specializes in investing in and providing transactional, financial and strategic
advice to private business owners, formally announces that Jack P. Duffy has joined Spara
Capital Partners as Vice President, Southwestern Ontario.
Jack is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience in both senior management and
financial advisory roles with particular expertise in debt restructurings, mergers &
acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, insolvencies, income tax strategies and retirement/estate
planning.
Jack has developed an extensive network in the Southwestern Ontario market that he built
while acting as Managing Partner of the Kitchener-Waterloo office of BDO Dunwoody, Chartered
Accountants and subsequently as a senior officer with Robert Caldwell Capital Corporation, a
boutique investment brokerage and most recently within his own private practice. In addition
to his CA designation, Jack holds a B.Sc. in Economics, is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a
Certified Financial Planner.
Spara Capital Partners has been working to establish a strong presence in the Southwestern
market, which it considers to be under-serviced. Jack solidifies Spara's intentions in this
region and provides them with a highly respected and well connected professional to lead the charge.
