Spara Capital is pleased to announce the divestiture of a ten megawatt solar PV project located in Eastern Ontario, by Spark Solar; a transaction in which Spara Capital was exclusive financial advisor to the Seller.
The project, known as Sunny Shores Solar Project (“Sunny Shores”) was sold to an Ontario-Based Hydro Electricity Local Distribution Company (the “LDC”).
