Tom McNeely, an experienced senior executive with primary
experience in the multi-unit retail industry. Tom was most
recently President of Herbal Magic Weight Loss and Nutrition
Centres and prior to that was Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer at Tim Horton's.
David Pakrul:
David Pakrul, former President & CEO of BMO Capital
Corporation, a Bank of Montreal subsidiary created to make
equity and quasi-equity investments in Canadian small and
medium-sized businesses.
Jeff Parr:
Jeff Parr, Co-CEO and Director, Clairvest Group Inc., a
publicly traded merchant bank providing equity capital to
established businesses with the potential to produce superior
returns.
