Andrew Clark, Managing Director, The Spark Fund

Andrew Clark is Managing Director of The Spark Fund, a committed pool of capital
managed by Spara Merchant Capital Corp. Prior to joining Spara, Andrew spent over 10 years
in various management roles at CPI Plastics Group Ltd ("CPI"), his family's business. Andrew
gained of wealth of strategic, entrepreneurial and operational experience over his tenure with
CPI. Most recently, Andrew served as President of Eon, a division of CPI, where he was instrumental
in growing the division from $40 million to $180 million in revenue.
Andrew also has investment banking and traditional banking experience. Prior to joining CPI
Andrew held positions at GMP Securities in their corporate finance department, and the Business
Development Bank of Canada.
Andrew holds an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and
a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
