Darren joined Spara in January 2010 bringing 10 years of Capital Markets and private business experience
to the team. Prior to joining Spara, Darren was the President and Co founder of Cooper Glen Properties.
Cooper Glen Properties is a real estate holdings company focusing on acquiring and improving distressed
real estate assets in Southern Ontario and Western New York. Darren has also formerly held various Capital
Markets positions within the Bank of Montreal, and was the Capital Market Analyst for First Capital Realty.
Darren holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Brock University, and is current pursuing a
CFA designation.
