David Firman possesses a unique blend of operational and
transactional experience within the Transportation and Logistics
industry. Prior to joining the advisors at Spara
Capital, David spent approximately 20 years in Executive and
Senior Management roles within the Transportation and Logistics
industry encompassing a variety of specializations and skill
sets.
In 1990 David founded and grew a successful Transportation
business, which he then sold after 15 years of operation.
David then joined a National Transportation company where he
spent a number of years growing the company's logistic business
through a combination of organic opportunities and strategic
acquisitions. With a keen appreciation for the intrinsic
issues confronting business owners in this industry, David is
able to leverage both his specific entrepreneurial background
and his M&A experience to provide a holistic perspective to
guide owners through an acquisition or divesture process.
