Debra Ali is the Controller for the Spara Group of Companies and Spark Solar. She plays a leadership
role in the financial management of the group and is also responsible for integrating and managing the
front and back office IT system for Spark Solar.
Debra brings in-depth financial and managerial accounting expertise with over 15 years of professional
experience and knowledge, gained while working in the service and insurance industries. Her keen eye and
passion for developing operating efficiencies complements the goals and objectives of the business while
maintaining integrity and confidentiality within all aspects of the organization. Prior to joining Spara,
Debra held senior level positions in Finance and Human Resources for a large private company.
Debra is a member of the CGA Ontario where she is working towards obtaining her CGA designation, and has
been a member of several professional educational institutions worldwide.
