Michael Wolfe, Managing Director, Spara Merchant Capital Corp.

Michael joined SMCC in March 2010 and is responsible for the firm's investing activities.
Michael has 17 years of private equity investing, business valuation and accounting experience,
working primarily with mid-market companies. Prior to joining SMCC, Michael was General Partner
at VenGrowth Private Equity Partners Inc. He was responsible for managing subordinated debt and
equity investments. Michael was an active member on the Board of Directors for several VenGrowth
investee companies and was a member of VenGrowth's investment committee and valuation committee.
Michael holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a
Chartered Business Valuator.
