Tim joined Spara in March 2010 and brings corporate finance experience in addition to a
management consulting, communications and marketing background.
Tim has worked across many sectors and company lifecycle stages - from some of the largest
Canadian corporations to small, high growth start-ups in; manufacturing, retail, cleantech,
resource, life science, technology and a number of other sectors. Tim has strong relationships
with private equity, debt and venture capital financiers across North America.
He is a graduate of the University of Guelph (Hons. Bachelor of Commerce).
